We have just recently performed a piece for Hanover (Scotland) Housing on elderly abuse.
We also continue to work with People First, Fraserburgh on their Self Advocacy Training project
The Moray Council’s Social Responsibility Awareness Programme
We have been working for the second year with Moray Council delivering a series of interactive theatre pieces as part of their Social Awareness Programme. Last years programme was well received,Additional areas have been explored for this year’s programme,
This programme so far has involved training sessions using interactive theatre based on the following subjects:
Actors are required to play a boy and a girl of age 18 and 15 years old for a forthcoming series of presentations within our Social Awareness programme during 2009. The ability to “hot seat” in a Q & A session after the performances would be an advantage.
A visual artist is required to work alongside media staff to create an exhibition Talking Heads(working title) using a combination of visual art and multi media input to tell their own stories.

Our tour in collaboration with the Kela Chethena Kathakali Company, a classical dance drama from Kerala, South West India proved to be an outstanding success
Our performers working alongside professional performers, using our own unique style, recreated the Kathakali Story - Kiratham, (The Hunters Story). We used a combination of Makaton, Mudras, Music and imagination to tell the story to the audience. The performances in the true village style of Kerala took the audience on a journey through to the main performance of Kathakali.
“Your performances are stunning, very professionally presented and delighted the audiences. I was amazed just
how similar your interpretation of Kiratham was to the Kathakali version, yet you had never seen it ! “
Kalamandalam Barbara Vijayakumar Kathakali Co Director
